If you are a prospective applicant and are wondering exactly what takes place during our process here is the run-down for you.

INITIAL APPLICATION PROCESS
1a) You read all rules of the guild; anything that is accessible via the message board.
1b) You chat with a recruiting officer if you have questions (Caeelar, Crystilla, and if they're not available any other officer)
2) You place an application
3) Officers review the application and will send an in game email or PM on these boards if any more information is required (often this is due to unclear play times, etc.). This is usually done within 24 hours.
4) The leadership does a background check (if the person is unknown to us) and THEN lets the player know if they have been accepted or rejected, again via PM on these boards. This is usually done within 24-48 hours.

** You will be tagged as a PLEDGE or an PROBIE.

PLEDGES are those who want to join Resolution but do not currently meet all requirements. Pledges are allowed to raid when there is room, BUT Key focus should be finishing requirements to move to PROBIE status *
PROBIES meet requirements. They will be tagged and start their 2 to 4 week app period.

All information below is for the PROBIE stage of the process.

TAGGING PROCESS
5) A time is set up to be tagged into Resolution.
- During this tagging, the applicant is given all channel information and the key rules of the guild are gone over.
6) Once tagged, the applicant can start raiding with Resolution and earning points toward our raiding requirement.
- Note, until you are tagged into Resolution as a Probie, your app period (and points) do not start.

APP PROCESS
7) Length of time in Resolution as a Probie is approximately 2-4 weeks and then the applicant is put up for vote. Things that could delay the app's vote are:
- probie is new to raiding
- probie who have issues adapting to our style (this can be working with others, attitude, skill, following orders/instructions, loot, etc.)
- probie who are not pulling their weight

In some of these instances we will work with the applicant, letting them know where they are falling short; in other instances it may become obvious that the app is not a good fit for Resolution and as such they will be released from guild.

8 ) Once the recruiting officers feel the applicant is ready for vote, they will be put for vote.
- Once the required # of votes are received (with appropriate "yes" levels), the applicant will be moved to Full Member Status and given full board access.
- If the app hangs out there for too long without obtaining the required yes votes, the applicant may be rejected.
